As the Fall semester quickly approaches, the MAST Lab welcomes Olive Huang to the lab as a first year master's student in Clinical Psychology. We are also welcoming several new undergraduate students who will be working in the lab in various capacities that will support the success of the 2024-2025 academic term.
Dr. Daros recently secured a small grant from the WeSpark Health Institute to build and pilot a new e-learning version of internet-delivered dialectical behavior therapy expanding on previous work exploring digital formats. We will gather feedback from individuals with lived experience during the development of the intervention and then pilot it in individuals in the broader community with further feedback informing the next phase of the intervention. We hope this research can eventually be expanded with partnerships with hospitals in the Windsor-Essex region.
